Udipta Borah, born in Kaliabor, Nagaon district and completed her schooling at Sankardev Vidya Niketan in Howraghat, Karbi Anglong. She then attended Kolongpar Vidyapith in Nagaon for her higher secondary education.
She completed her undergraduate degree from Nagaon College and her master's degree from Gauhati University. She joined Jorhat Kendriya Mahavidyalaya as a faculty member on June 1, 2023 and served as the Head of Department. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. from Assam University under the guidance of Dr. Bikash Ch. Dash.
